Cytochalasins are a group of about 20 known mycotoxins, which affect actin stress fibers, causing actin depolymerization. Cytochalasin B is capable of interfering with microfilament formation.
DMSO or Ethanol.
Macrolide indol mycotoxin
Inhibits cell division by interfering with the formation of contractile microfilaments. Inhibits cell movement and induces nuclear extrusion. Interferes with actin polymerization. Inhibits glucose transport
