Term of Use

Unless otherwise indicated, our products are intended exclusively for use by qualified staff, for research, analytical testing, and manufacturing only. They are not intended, under any circumstances, for any human or veterinary care.
FERMENTEK Ltd. makes no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, except that the products sold will meet the expressed specifications in the COA (Certificate Of Analysis) at the time of delivery.
Customer's exclusive remedy and FERMENTEK's sole liability hereunder shall be limited to, at our sole discretion to product credits, a refund of the purchase price of, or the replacement of the materials that does not meet our specifications.
Refunds, credits, or replacement are conditional on the customer notifying FERMENTEK Ltd. within thirty (30) days of receipt of materials. Failure to give said notice within thirty (30) days shall constitute a waiver by the customer of all claims hereunder with respect to said materials.
FERMENTEK's responsibility is conditioned on the storage and handling of the products in accordance with the storage and handling instructions published on the company's website and/or attached to the shipment.
